Welcome to the Teresa App, a product of Just Women, LLC ("Just," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Teresa mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing, requesting, downloading, or using the Teresa App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Teresa App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Teresa App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Consent to Communication
By requesting, registering for, or downloading the Teresa App, you consent to receiving communications from Just and Teresa, including but not limited to email, phone calls, SMS, and WhatsApp messages. These communications may include account updates, educational materials, program notifications, promotional content, and service-related messages. You may opt out of certain communications as described in our Privacy Policy, but some transactional or service-related messages may still be sent as necessary to provide the Services.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property within the Teresa App and Services are owned by or licensed to Just Women, LLC. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just disclaims all liability for any damages arising from your use of the Services.
